DAY THIRTY-FIVE: PHOENIX, AZ
August 07, 2011
Well, and we thought the east coast was hot. We arrived a little late to the venue due to bus problems (sorry if we missed some of you!). I was able to meet some familiar faces from previous years. I met Matt and his brother (who is currently battling cancer) last couple years in New Mexico, so it was a surprise to see them at this date. Our volunteers were awesome once again! Thank you to Sean and Griffin for helping out and bringing water to survive on during the hot day. We met Sean and Griffin last year when they volunteered with us. They were brave enough to fight the heat with us again.Tomorrow is a much needed day off after a 13 day stretch of shows. Hope to see everyone in San Diego!-Adam

We had an interesting day today! All the non-profits were in one row today and the weather was amazing. Thank you to our volunteer today, Rachel. She drove all the way from Las Vegas and is visiting from the UK!We are hoping to have some more signings coming up. Only a week left of tour. Anyone who is coming to the show tomorrow, make sure to drink a lot of water. It’s going to be very hot. -Adam
